Our outreach in March 2026 was conducted across the five northern districts of Sri Lanka, namely Vavuniya, Mannar, Kilinochchi, Jaffna, and Mullaitivu.

Our first meeting was held in Vavuniya, a city we have visited several times in the past. This time, the conference was organized by the Pastors’ Fellowship, resulting in a strong attendance of pastors along with their wives and church leaders. As only a few participants had previously attended a DPM conference, we revisited the foundational teaching on The Divine Exchange.

This proved to be a significant blessing. One pastor shared,
“This conference has taken me to the next level in my ministry. I had become stagnant and was functioning mechanically but today has brought a breakthrough in both my life and ministry.

Our second meeting took place in Mannar, a location we had visited only twice before. Returning after a considerable gap was a joy.

Though the gathering was smaller with around 40 pastors who attended with their spouses and leaders, they received the teaching with great eagerness. At the conclusion, a senior faculty member and translator from a leading Bible college remarked,
“I have heard and preached the message of the cross many times, but the depth and clarity presented today was refreshingly new. In a time when many false and fanciful doctrines are spreading in Sri Lanka, it was deeply satisfying to hear a balanced, scripturally grounded message.”

On the third day, we travelled to Kilinochchi, a region still bearing the scars of the civil war. It was evident that many leaders carried deep emotional and mental wounds. Although they remained quiet during the teaching, there was a noticeable shift when the message touched on the exchange of shame for glory. Many were moved to tears as the Holy Spirit ministered to them. One pastor later testified,
“As pastors, we often carry questions we cannot share with others. Today, I received clear answers to those questions, and it has lifted a heavy burden from my heart and brought spiritual healing.”

We then proceeded to Jaffna, where we witnessed a significant breakthrough. For the first time, three separate pastors’ fellowships in the region came together for a unified DPM conference. This gathering saw over 300 pastors, wives, and leaders in attendance. Many of the pastors were well-educated and theologically trained. One pastor expressed,
“Many of us are gifted and capable, yet we lack boldness due to a guilty conscience. Today’s teaching reminded us that we do not stand in our own righteousness, but in the righteousness of Christ, which the enemy cannot oppose. This truth has set us free to minister with boldness.”

The following day, we ministered at the pastors’ and leaders conference of the NLM Church in Jaffna, one of the largest churches in the northern region, with branches extending into Europe. At their request, we taught on How to Pass from Curse to Blessing, a timely message that addressed several obstacles faced by local church leaders. One participant testified that the teaching brought clarity regarding financial hindrances and helped them take hold of the keys to walk in freedom.
On Sunday, our team—Charles, Danny, and Elsie—ministered across four different churches in Jaffna. The congregations received the ministry with great joy and expressed a warm desire for us to return in the future.
The final phase of our outreach was centred in Mullaitivu. We began with a pastors’ conference, followed by a youth training program. As the region most affected by the final stages of the civil war, Mullaitivu remains underdeveloped. This youth camp was the first of its kind for the young leaders in the area. Many arrived expecting a typical youth gathering but soon realized they were being equipped and shaped inwardly for leadership and service.
Throughout the camp, many young people had powerful encounters with the Lord, hearing His voice bringing encouragement, comfort, and courage to pursue His calling. They opened their hearts, shared their struggles, and surrendered afresh to God’s purpose for their lives. It was deeply moving to witness their humility and commitment. Two members of our team, Paul and Sharon, supported the program through worship, debates, and Q&A sessions, and were greatly impacted by the work DPM is accomplishing in Sri Lanka.
Despite the physical challenges of extensive travel in intense heat, we are grateful that the entire team remained in good health and completed the outreach without setbacks.
Through this outreach, we ministered to nearly 2,000 pastors, leaders, and believers. Approximately 20,000 books were distributed to around 1,400 pastors and leaders. We thank God for the lasting impact this outreach has made across the northern districts.
We sincerely thank you for your prayers and faithful support.
