Mission and Impact

Our resources are reaching people in many ways—through churches, bookstores, online platforms, and even prisons. We’ve heard incredible testimonies, like that of Milivoj, who was lost in Buddhism and yoga before discovering the truth of Jesus through Derek’s books. Then there’s Marijo, a young man in prison who found hope and freedom in Christ after reading Blessing or Curse: You Can Choose. Stories like these remind us why we do what we do—God is changing lives through His Word!

So far, we have published 48 books, translated 26 CDs and 15 DVDs, and made available 76 teaching letters in Croatian. Our team is also participating in the Septuagint Project, which involves translating and subtitling 70 core video messages by Derek Prince.

The Journey So Far

Derek Prince Ministries began its outreach in Eastern Europe in 1989, and the work in Croatia soon followed. The Croatian office was first led by Michael (Miki) Jonke. In the aftermath of the 1991 war, Miki recognized the urgent need for biblical teaching and began supplying 31 local and two national radio stations with translated Derek Prince programs—broadcasting them completely free for over a year. This opened the door for many to hear the gospel, and even Roman Catholics began seeking out Derek’s books.

Since then, under the leadership of Damir and Irene Blazic, the ministry has continued to grow, touching lives across Croatia. Today, our focus remains the same: equipping believers with sound biblical teaching, helping them walk in freedom, and strengthening the Church to become a vibrant testimony of Christ’s love and power.
