Prerequisite to the End

The end cannot come till we have proclaimed the gospel of the kingdom to all nations. And until we do it we are delaying the return of Jesus Christ. Let’s not think we can substitute for His return, but let’s get moving and do the job that we’re supposed to be doing. My observation is that people who talk too highly about the capacity of the church are not doing the thing the church ought to be doing. We are not a super government. We are to demonstrate now what the kingdom is in our relationships with God and with one another in our holiness, in our authority, in our love.
