You see, if you really had a vision of your calling, that would change you. The athlete who wants to run faster or jump higher or swim longer, or whatever it is, his whole life it focused on that. He doesn’t eat just anything he pleases. The hours he sleeps, the exercise he takes, they’re all devoted to that because that’s his calling in the secular. Every one of us in God has a calling which is far more important than just jumping a few feet further than anybody else. But you’ll be no more successful in your calling that you are dedicated to it.
