Suppose there are ten areas in our character that need to be checked. You said you can probably deal with six yourself, but the remaining four is going to take other people to put their finger on. If I don’t expose myself to others, I can deceive myself about areas of my character. Every time I could be tested I’d back out, walk it alone. There is no greater test of our Christian character than close fellowship.
