A proclamation is a confession that is made boldly. It is releasing the authority of God’s Word into a situation: into your own life, the life of your church, a political situation, or whatever it may be.

The Lord brings the counsel of the nations to nothing; He makes the plans of the peoples of no effect. The counsel of the Lord stands forever, The plans of His heart to all generations.
