DPM works with some incredible people around the world, like Maggie and Manolo Sanchez, a dedicated Mexican couple working with Christian Friends of Israel (CFI) in Mexico. Recently, they took a team from DPM to visit a Spanish-speaking congregation in Ashkelon, Israel.
This vibrant congregation, primarily composed of individuals from Argentina, with a few from Paraguay and Cuba, gathers in a region often touched by conflict. Many families have moved away due to the persistent rocket attacks, yet those who remain continue to seek solace and strength in their faith.
During the visit, the team brought with them a selection of DPM books in Spanish and Hebrew. The pastor warmly received these materials, understanding their potential to nurture and uplift his congregation. Before the service began, he set them out on a table, and they were quickly picked up by the attendees, showing a keen interest and hunger for spiritual nourishment.
The impact of these visits goes beyond the distribution of books. It is about building connections, offering support, and bringing the light of Christ into communities facing adversity.
